How to Make Eggs and Toast!

Stove

Stove-top cooking pan

Toaster

Cooking spray or grease

Spatula

Small bowl with firm edge

Butter knife

Organic Eggs

Butter (Or spread of your choice)

Pre-sliced whole wheat bread

Plate (or other eating tray)

What you will need:

1. Use cooking spray or grease to grease stove-top cooking pan

2. Set stove-top burner to medium heat3. Place stove-top cooking pan on stove-top burner4. Allow pan to heat up for 1-2 mins.

5. (While pan is heating) Crack 1 egg into small bowl off of firm edge. Remove any eggshells that follow egg into bowl.

6. When pan is heated, carefully pour egg from small bowl onto hot pan.

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for desired amount of eggs.

8. While eggs are cooking, place two slices of whole wheat bread on toaster tray or in toaster.

9. Return tray to toaster.

10. Set toaster to preferred darkness and start toaster.

11. Return to cooking eggs. When initial side has cooked thoroughly, leaving only a bit of egg-white yet uncooked, use spatula to flip egg.

12. When eggs are cooked thoroughly on both sides, use spatula to place eggs on plate.

13. Retrieve toast from toaster.

14.Use butter knife to place butter on toast spread butter about each slice.

15 Add buttered toast to plate.
