How did you use new

media technologies in the

construction and research,

planning and

evaluation stages?

During the research, planning and evaluation stages of this piece of work I used a variety of different software's which helped me threw out each stage of work. I used technology to help me research and produce my work. Examples of these software's are; Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Paint, Windows media, Slideshare, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint

I used the software, Premier Pro, to create my completed teaser trailer. Before I started this piece of work I had never used this software before but now since I've finished my trailer, I am able to use all the technology on Premier Pro and I have learnt a lot about this software. I have adapted my skills a lot using this software and now I know how to use it properly, I am sure I will use it again in the future.

I used Photoshop to create my movie magazine and my movie trailer poster. As I used Photoshop a lot of last year to create my magazine, I was use to the technology which allowed me to crack straight on to my poster and magazine without having to get use to a new piece of software. This was very beneficial as it saved me time and it also allowed me to create the best pieces of work I could. I loved using Photoshop last year and I loved using it this year. It is very simple to use and it allows you to create amazing pieces of work.

I used Wordpress as my online blog and I uploaded all my work on to it so my teachers and examiners can see what work I have done. Wordpress is very, very straight forward to use and it allowed me to show everyone what work I have and have not done so far.

Paint is a piece of software of which I have used all my life. I love this software as it allows you to do a variety of different stuff easily and quickly. I used paint when I was doing my research tasks and I'm sure I will use it again in the future.

I used Windows Media Player to watch my recordings for my teaser trailer. I also used this software to produce some work I did in the planning stages of this coursework. Windows media player can sometime be tricky to work when changing something from a PowerPoint to a video file, however once I got use to doing it, it was relatively simple to use.

I used Slideshare a lot last year and I have done it again this year. Slideshare is something which is very simple to use and it allows you produce PowerPoint's online. Slideshare also allows you to put PowerPoint shows, on to my blog easily and quickly.

I used Prezi during my time working on this project to present some pieces of my work to put on my blog. I loved Prezi the first time I used it last year and I still love it now. It is so easy to use and you are able to create the perfect presentation to suit all your needs. I will certainly use it again in a future date to present more presentations of which I need to.

Authorstream allowed me to present presentations online and put them on my blog. This software was another format I used to present my work. Before this year I had never known about or used Authorstream before and now I know how to use it, I find it very simple to use and I would definitely use it again.

Slideboom is very similare to Slideshare and Authorstream. Slideboom allowed me to produce presentations online and then upload them to my blog. Again I have never used Slideboom before I started this year, however I found it very straight forward to use straight away and I would recommend it highly.

I used Flickr last year and it is a wonderful piece of technology. It allows you to present a photo and when someone hovers over a certain part of it, text will appear to explain about what they are looking at. It is very simple to use and it is something you enjoy using.

Microsoft Word was very helpful and beneficial for me threw this project. I used Microsoft Word mainly during my planning and research stages to make quick notes about a variety of things to do with my project such as bullet points about ideas of what can go in my teaser trailer. Microsoft Word is very, very simple to use and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to do any sort of written work on a computer.

I used Microsoft PowerPoint a lot during the time I was creating my trailer. I used it to create a variety of different presentations of which I then put on to different pieces of technology such as slide and then I uploaded that on to my blog. PowerPoint is something which is very simple to use and it allows to do loads of things thanks to it.
