Pudding:

Sauce:

½ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon corn flour ¼ cup cocoa

Six to eight cup capacity ovenproof dish 2 Mixing bowls Wooden spoon Measuring cups and spoons Fork Table cloth Bowls and spoons (to serve)

Method1- Make sure the kitchen is clean and

you have all your equipment and ingredients to start cooking.

2- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

6- Grease the ovenproof dish and flaten mixture into the baking dish.

7- Mix the sauce ingredients together and sprinkle over the pudding.

8- Carefully pour boiling water over the back of a spoon onto the pudding
