Ingredients

Sugar

Butter

Shortening

Eggs

FlourCream of TartarBaking SodaSaltGround Cinnamon

Step #1

Preheat oven to 400°F

With a mixer mix together

1 ½ cups of sugar, ½ cup of

butter softened, ½ cup of

shortening, and 2 eggs.

Step #2

Stir in 2 ¾ cups of

flour, 2 teaspoons of

cream of tartar, 1

teaspoon of baking

soda, and ¼ teaspoon

of salt.

Step #3

Shape dough into 1 inch balls.

Mix together ¼ cup of sugar and 2

teaspoons of ground cinnamon.

Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar.

Step #4

Bake for 6-7 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes and

enjoy!!
