Step 1 = Use brush to remove surface dust and apply 1st liquid softener/cleaner

Step 2 = Moisten window with 2nd proprietary grim- cutting spray, wait 2 to 3 minutes for it to soften grim and mineral deposit stains

window, follow with clean white heavy paper to dry glass drying

more remaining mineral deposits; excess polish is removed with squeegee and clean rags

smooth surface and clean rags

and frame is dried off leaving spot-free glass

Conclusions and Action Required

• The enhanced window cleaning required about 10 minutes vs. about two minutes for the regular cleaning

• Additional cleaning attention was required along the bottom four inches of the window due to splashing from its ledge.

• The committee members are invited to view the difference themselves to be better able to vote on that $12,000 additional expense and the value it delivers

• The rep indicated that the enhanced cleaning’s benefit could last as long four years
