Background

• Janki Newsprint Ltd. is a pulp and paper industry situated at Meerut.

• They are the manufacturer of Newsprint paper of 250 TPD (ton per day).

• They have the ETP of capacity 2500 M3/day. • Janki Newsprint have given the task to team BiOWiSH to

develop MLSS level to 2500 mg/L in aeration tank within only 10 days.

• They had to show the MLSS level 2500 mg/l to pollution department and water quality should also be good.

Activity in pictures

• Team BiOWiSH started dosing from 10/05/2014 directly in aeration tank.

• The daily dosing was 1kg per day BiOWiSH Aqua FOG dissolved in 100 Litre of fresh water.

• Within ten days , BiOWiSH aqua FOG reached the desired MLSS level of 3500 mg/L

Conclusion

1. BiOWiSH performed very well and achieved desiredresult in 10 days.

2. Consumption of Cow Dung, DAP, Urea also decreased.3. Plant is running smoothly, now.4. MLVSS is 75% of MLSS after 10 days dosing.5. The COD,BOD level decreased and MLSS level

increased by using BiOWiSH AQUA FOG in this periodof dosing.

6. MD of Janki Newsprint Ltd issued an appreciation letter.
