• ECO4CLIM evolves from a global week of action into a “glocal” community of climate practice
• A global network of interconnected climate innovation labs, managed by climate organizers
• Labs where ecopreneurs meet activists to co-create climate-champion business solutions for cities and communities, as well as companies and organizations (hackathons)
• Partner with incubators/accelerators to shape, test & scale up solutions
• Successful models will be imported/exported from/to the network and replicated by local ecopreneurs
• Set-up a global non-profit organization, a network of non-profits, with an advisory board
• Hire staff, develop an online crowdsourcing platform, and implement a business model that generates revenue for climate organizers and host venues
• “Ecopreneurs for the Climate - Round-The-World Trip” right after the COP22 (Morocco, Nov.)
• Visit the climate organizers interested, and build and kickstart the climate innovations labs with you: business model, meetings with key STKs, raising funds (donors, philanthropists...), and transferring SwitchMed's eco-entrepreneurship methodology to local incubators
• Fundraising for EC04CLIM 2.0: a multi-site global crowdfunding campaign, with local chapters managed ONLY by those organizers who want to build their lab
