• Grants available to help residents in Bath & North East Somerset make heating and insulation improvements.

• Energy at Home is a partnership between Bath & North East Somerset Council, Curo, Bath & West Community Energy and other stakeholders.

• The Partnership’s purpose is to champion carbon reduction, affordable warmth, health and well-being, community engagement and economic development through home energy retro-fitting.

• CSE manage the Energy at Home Advice Service and Trade Support

• Green Deal Advice Reports (sometimes free)

• Up to £7,000 grant for solid wall insulation or a package of energy saving improvements that includes solid wall insulation

• Up to £3,000 for a single or package of energy saving improvements e.g. boiler upgrade, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, secondary glazing and many more.

• More than 300 local residents have already contacted the scheme

• Home energy assessments have been carried out on more than 150 properties - occupants are now obtaining quotes and making applications for support and finance to carry out improvements
