What is Animal Cruelty?
Animal cruelty is when someone hurts an animal or fails to care for an animal properly.Neglecting an animals medical needs, such as giving the animal food and water or taking it to the veterinarian when it needs it, is animal cruelty.Animal cruelty can be seen throughout the world and not just with domesticated pets.Animal cruelty is also known as animal abuse or animal neglect.This issue is something that is happening now, nearly everyday throughout the world.
