A fun story written, illustrated and narrated by N. Nangai Full Text: Once there were two people: Fen, a young man and Liny, a young women. They were married, young and small couple. Liny was a good wife & superb cook. Fen was a kind and understanding husband. Both Liny and Fen were very happy. They always helped the poor people, never quarrelled and worked hard all day. They were very honest, humble and patient. They had many friends! In short, they were a quiet and good couple, satisfied and hard working. One day, a man from the city came at full speed and Fen who was walking that way broke his left leg! Fen’s left leg, was replaced with a wooden one. Now, to help Fen walk, he needed someone as a support. There were no man made walkers then. So, when Fen was carried home... Dear Liny tied her right leg and his left leg together. Then, from that day, when Liny worked, Fen was put in a chair with wheels, and he could go wherever she went. After many years, children invented the “Three legged game” and the world found out the wheelchair. That is the fun story behind how the three legged race and the wheelchair were invented.
