2) One box will then appear and you need to click new rule, then a second ox will appear.

Click on file, then info on the left hand side of the screen and finally click on ‘Manage rules & alerts.’

3) Choose a rule

4) Press next and then this box will appear, press finish.

5) A rule will have now been set.
