Its the exclamation of The Social Revolucin: an interactive
movement of Latinos using social media as a platform to create
change. As the glowing spark that starts the fire of enthusiasm in
followers around the world, these ambitious individuals and
organizations have used live updates and candid images to spread
ideas, foster communities, and inspire a worldwide audience into
action. Premiering as the first and official Latino event at SXSWi,
The Social Revolucin will recognize and celebrate the authentic
online cries happening in current cultural shifts and trends
online, international and local causes, and innovative visions that
have a positive effect on society. Let it be heard loud, let it no

Ca ing In the months prior to SXSWi, we will launch an online
campaign to select the top Latino individuals and/or organizations
who are mobilizing, spreading information, and creating change
online to be recognized in The Revolucionario Awards on the day of
our a event. We will have six recognized individuals or
organizations, 2 of each of the following categories: New Latino
(offering cultural shifts online), Technology (innovation), and
