From this question I see that the people who participated to fill in my

questionnaire are mainly young teenagers mainly ranging from 17-19, therefore I

have decided my magazine will be aimed for generally 17-19 Year Olds

For this question I tried to get a fair sample by asking 5 males to participate in completing my

questionnaire and 5 Females. This may give me a more accurate view on their likings so I get an idea for

my own magazine.

By the 10 questionnaires I distributed to 5 males and 5 female I gave them a line below to specify a

precise genre as oppose to me stating a few narrow downed

genres, by doing this I have gotten a more qualitative answers, therefore

I will get more of an idea on what genres to base my music magazine

on.

To get specific and detailed answers I asked the participants to write where they usually listen to music and obtain music from, I can see from my results that most people obtain music from mobile phones and download from websites, this shows

me that my target audience are more into technology and free songs so I may consider placing legal music downloading websites on a page of my magazine.

Updates NothingFree GiftsPosters

From this question I can see the majority of people buy music

magazines simply for the contents as oppose to free gifts, this then

means that the information I put in my magazine must be 100%

relevant and interesting otherwise the consequence is that my target audience will not buy or read my

magazine.

£0.99-1.50£1.50 - 2 £2 - 2.50£3 - £4£4 - £6+

To get a rough idea how much my target audience are willing to pay for a magazine I included this as a question with tick boxes, overall I

can see most people are only willing to spend 99p-£1.50 and only a few willing to spend £3 - £4, this tells me I shouldn’t over price my

magazine.

New ArtistsEstablished Artists

The majority of people like and enjoy reading and knowing more

about established artists as oppose to new up and coming artists,

subsequently my magazine will be based on established artists.
