2. An artist finds it difficult to get a decent job offer from abroad and even harder to check the trustworthiness of the information received.

3. For an inexperienced person who just starts working in this filed, it is extremely challenging to collect necessary information and seek counseling.

4. Companies, which are usually just private individuals, providing services in this field, take no responsibility and offer no protection for artists.

5. During the artist or job offer search for both parties it is almost impossible to obtain true reviews and appropriate recommendations. As a result, the dissatisfaction from cooperation follows.

!In this industry analysis and market research are not available, so we decided to make our own calculations:

Аrtists:

- http://promodj.com/djs offers 133 930 DJs in CIS, we round off to 130k

- http://napodiume.ru/models contains 14 778 models. As there are several resources, but no single comprehensive database, we can safely multiply this number by 10. In total we get 150k models

- http://artistia.ru and http://www.baza-artistov.ru have dancer, singer, show ballet, original genre and host databases of 8300 and 7000 persons respectively. But these are by no means all of them and in total their number might equal 170k

Also in our field there are many gogo and strip dancers, but no databases on them, which gives us a rough number of 50k people.

The total count: 5000 DJs + 10000 models + 10000 other artists + 5000 go-go and strip dancers = 30 000 artists, interested in working abroad, whom we can find and add to our website. Now this number is 2000.

Let’s do the calculations: 130k + 150k + 170k+ 50k = 500k users from CIS can be added to our resource. If we reach an international level, this number may be increased by 10 times.

Employers: This industry has an acute shortage of talents due to the need of a ‘new faces’ introduction and age limit in terms of which artists may carry out their professional activity, so our service will always be required.

Employers with significant financial capabilities (cruise companies, nightclub networks, theme and amusement parks) are willing to pay for proficiency.

One employer usually hires from 10 to 500 artists simultaneously. It is fair to assume that for each 100 artists stands 1 employer, therefore the number of companies and agencies interested to cooperate with our project will be more than 50k employers

For the first 1,5 years we are planning to use the current profit-making system. Over time we will be preparing our resource for transition to new sources of income and will start using them once the number of our users has reached 10k. Foundation history:

The project was launched in 2012 by Gennadiy Tsantsik. The founder graduated from the Law School, after graduation worked in a construction company, reached the Executive Director position. Left the company in 2010 due to the economic crisis. In search of work he stumbled upon a dancer job offer, got accepted and went to China. Having made his hobby a main occupation, Gennadiy worked under some other contracts, after which there came an idea to create a company that would assist artists in search of good job offers

Principles of work:

While creating this project we have set a certain goal – either to do our job well or not to do it at all. Our main priority is reputation – we always listen to artists’ and employers’ suggestions and recommendations, do our best to follow them, give a good advice or warn about a danger. That’s why our users recommend our resource to their friends so often. This was our fundamental principle by which Good People is successfully developing now
