• Lamia cruising ship has a 3 main activity areas. Ocean Ballroom, Sky Lounge Deck and Cocktail Deck.

• Student’s first take their meals at Ocean Ballroom after that Sky Lounge Deck will be ready for service with bistro’s.

We outsource some activities because some of the parts of organization must be done by professionals.

• Why: We think, graduating from university is a big thing and they should experience an event they never forget.

• Where: Event is going to perform on Lamia Ship. Also food and

beverages is going to provide by Lamia catering.

• When: Event takes place at 1st of July on Tuesday. It’s the night of actual graduation.

• Who: I’m doing this by my self. But like Catering personnel and musician I have a bigger team.

• How: I’m trying to catch the sweet spot’s of student’s with

experience them unforgettable event.
