…Cameras and editing…This use of a CCTV shot used when the first chorus Takes place. And shows the band robbing the “West Ryder Union Bank”. I think that this editing technique and camera shot is a good choice as the song gets more upbeat at the chorus. So it is fitting as it shows them burst into the bank and demand some payment. This is the theme with sound throughout the video, As at the start the song if very slow until the first chorus. This is matched in the video with the singer Tom singing the song with his movements in slow motion into his reflection.

The setting of the music video is in a small village 100 miles from Cape Town in South Africa. When the band attempt to rob the bank their props and other mise en scene are very clever I think. As they use guitars as guns and at the end guitarist Serge Pizzorno throws the “stolen goods” into a wall they all fall out a bag and it turns out that they have tried to steal music sheets, not money. Serge said in an interview that the message within the video was that they were "stealing the music back from the people who are out to ruin it - I think we all know who we're talking about.“. Also their clothes choice fits in with the sort of western location.
