HEAD FRONT

For the front cover of my Digipak I have decided instead of seeing the whole of the artist 's face the artist will make a love heart shape with their hands around one of their eyes as shown by the drawing.

The background will just be plain however I will have different colour filters in a vertical position over the photo which is an effect I have experimented with earlier on.

HEAD INSIDE LEFT As my genre is part of the 'Indie' genre as well as the 'Pop' genre I have decided to incorporate elements of this by having the close up of the artist wearing an animal mask (fox or rabbit) on the inside cover of my Digipak. However the image will be half the artist's face and half the animal mask. I thought this particular image was fairly disjunctive fitting into the 'indie' genre compared to the other images I am including.  

I have chosen to use an animal masks because this is going to be apart of our main music video thus creating the artists unique identity typical of the 'Indie' genre. 

HEAD INSIDE RIGHT

For the CD design instead of just having one block colour I decided to create an ink blot of various colours. I have decided to use an ink blot design for the CD as it breaks convention therefore fitting into the 'Indie' genre. Also as I wanted my Digipak to be colourful and portray a sense of 'fun' as the album is quite upbeat therefore I feel the use of vibrant colours emphasises this.  

HEAD BACK Instead of having the track list just in the centre of the back of the Digipak I have decided I am going to get the artist to lie down and place her head on a heart shaped cushion and place the track list to the side of artists head. This idea was inspired by Marina and the Diamond's Digipak as hers broke with convention as shown to the right.
