Cesar Parra is well-known as a top international dressage rider; a winner of hundreds of international competitions throughout what has been a highly decorated and successful riding career. Now the head of Piaffe Performance Farms, a leading provider of high-quality dressage training and instruction, Parra continues to demonstrate his commitment to riding excellence, and to deliver every rider the benefit of professional instruction and training from one of the best teams in the industry. A member of numerous professional Dressage associations, including the International Dressage Riders Club, the International Dressage Trainer Club, the United States Equestrian Federation and the United States Dressage Federation, Cesar Parra has enjoyed the opportunity to work with and train some of the most beautiful, athletic and successful horses to have competed in recent Dressage competitions. He has also enjoyed the chance to provide expert instruction to countless Dressage riders, and to have trained some of the most successful competitive riders in the field.

Cesar Parra, a Colombian native and well-educated Dressage professional, has coached multiple riders to victory during his career, and has helped to develop over 30 young horses into FEI-caliber Dressage competitors. An experienced competition judge and trainer, Parra’s has compiled a significant and impressive resume of achievement in the field of professional Dressage, and continues to benefit aspiring Dressage riders with what is almost 30 years of experience within the dressage community. Parra is proud to have achieved the American Dream through his successful representation of the U.S. during the 2011 Pan American Games, when his team captured the Gold Medal.
