Cesar Parra received his education in the field of Dressage from a variety of professionals, including from Herbert Rehbein between 1995 and 1997, Herbert Kucklock between 1997 and 1999, Siegfried Peilicke between 1998 and 2002 and Hans Rueben between 2003 and 2003. A well-known judge and trainer during numerous competitions, workshops and more, Parra has become one of the better-known professionals and competitors in the Dressage industry, one reason why so many horse owners, aspiring riders and more continue to seek him out for professional guidance and instruction. The recent winner and highest placing American at the 2013 Nations’ Cup, as well as a member of the Gold Medal winning USA team during the 2011 Pan American Games, Cesar Parra has continually proven an unparalleled prowess in and unrelenting commitment to Dressage, which continues to provide him the same level of inspiration and passion he has had for the sport from the very beginning. As leader of the Piaffe Performance team, he works to impart that same level of passion and drive into his students, and to create skillful and talented competitors making their own name in the field.
