Years 10 & 11 pupils at St Thomas More raised an incredible £3,168.32 through sponsored events.

They even led assemblies for different year groups to gather support.

500 students at St Benedict's were asked to raise £10 each and as a school they raised an amazing £5,000 for Haiti!

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved with Give it Up! this Lent.

Young people alone have raised more than £42,000 so far, with money still coming in.

Year 9 pupils from St John Houghton were inspired by the Give it Up! DVD and their retreat at The Briars Residential Centre.

They made posters and personalised donation envelopes to show what they were giving up for Lent and how they were raising money for CAFOD.

The youth group at Christ the King did a 24 hour fast and sleepover in the parish hall to raise money for Give it Up!

They raised nearly £400. Well done!

The youth group at St Paul's in Cantley, Doncaster, spoke during the homily at Lent Fast Day masses in their parish.

They made props that linked with the stories, such as a house covered in magazines and a bike with biscuit wheels, to bring their talk to life!

Students at Hagley Catholic High School, Worcestershire, held a coin race, where they laid down coins on their gym floor in designs to show the

Give it Up! theme.

Together with other fundraising activities they raised a fantastic £3,535!

Students at Notre Dame High School in Norwich gave up chocolate for Lent and designed their own posters to display around the school. They raised over £400 by giving up their break time snacks and donating the money!
