What Is The New Agreement?
In order to expand the opportunities we can offer to our music creators, Amurco have updated their standard agreement to cover rights managed placements. This includes a clause allowing Amurco to register tracks under their ASCAP membership with a unique code. This will allow the worldwide performing rights organisations (PRO) to keep track of the placements generated by Amurco.
The agreement remains completely non-exclusive and all rights remain with you at all times. All royalties generated are split 50/50 and using Amurco’s coding system will ensure that you receive your accurate royalty share from the PROs, every time!
Gaining Royalties
Amurco monitors all performance of music and works closely with the royalty collection societies worldwide to ensure all our tracks are reported and paid for accurately. This puts Amurco in a great position to predict the royalty share of music used from our catalogue, therefore enabling you to earn an income every time your music is performed or broadcast.

Q- ‘Will the tracks’ registration with ASCAP affect my current model for generating royalties?
A- No, you will still be registered with Amurco in the current method and you won’t be under any obligation to stop exploiting your music.
Q- ‘Do I have to re-enter my tracks in the agreement?’ A- No, please just write ‘Use previous schedule’ under the ‘works schedule’ in the new agreement.
Do You Have Any Concerns?
Employing this new agreement will ensure that we are able to maximise the opportunities at your disposal on a rights managed basis. We work within avenues such as TV, Film, Games, Advertising and Retail. We work with brands and broadcasters such as McDonalds, 7Eleven, BBC, Sky and Ikea.
The following slide relates to potential royalties from retail. Exploiting the music throughout the further avenues outlined above would greatly exceed these estimates.

What is Our Proposition?
For example, if we control the playlists for 1,000 sites it could generate around £500,000.00 in performance royalties. Using our music for 10% of the playlist would therefore generate £50,000.00.
Royalties generated from 1,000 sites:
Royalties distributed to our authors:
£50,000.00
£25,000.00
Therefore, You Would Receive: £500.00 per track, per year
We are offering a lucrative deal whereby we will divide all performance royalties generated from Rights Managed placements between our artists and ourselves.
These estimates only refer to performance royalties and do not
include other avenues which could exceed
these figures.
