I have chosen Empire magazine as the magazine that I think is most likely to carry a review of my film. This is because Empire Magazine seems to have more teens reading it than other magazines. The magazine is very often used as an example of a good film magazine in many media and film classes among people aged 16-18 which is also the demographic that my film is aimed at. That means that if the majority of people who read the magazine are also the people that I want to see my film, I would get more publicity and therefore more people seeing my film. The magazine often features thriller and action films and many of them are often showcased on the front cover; as shown with the Sherlock Holmes and Inception covers above. I have classed my film as a Mystery, Action, Thriller so I think that it would fit in very well with other movies that they feature in the magazine. With that being said, my film at the moment doesn't contain much action at all. However, if my film was made into a feature length film, it would most likely involve a lot more action than had been shown in just the opening. Even though this magazine has a similar demographic to my film and features similar films to mine, there are other magazines that could also be good for my magazine to be put into.

I

have chosen Empire magazine as the magazine that I think is most likely to carry a review of my film. This is because Empire Magazine seems to have more teens reading it than other magazines. Even though this magazine has a similar demographic to my film and features similar films to mine, there are other magazines that could also be good for my magazine to be put into.For example; Official Playstation Magazine. It's target demographic is young adult males, which is also

the same as the target audience for my film.At the back of the magazine they have movie reviews and

have showcased films such as Inception and The Hangover - making it another good choice of magazine that could carry reviews and/or advertisements for my film.

The following is a potential review that could appear in Empire magazine;

Review:Many people can remember waking up from a night of heavy drinking with friends and remembered very few details of what happened, but for Dan (Daniel Bannister) the situation is slightly more severe. As he awakes from what he can only assume was a long night of drinking and partying, he finds himself in a unfamiliar location and is unable to contact anyone that he knows. Feeling lost and abandoned, trying to make contact with anyone familiar, Dan stumbles across a number scribbled on his arm in permanent marker. With seemingly no choice but to call it and hope for the best, Dan is greeted by a mysterious and menacing voice at the other end of the phone who is after something that he has, and will stop at nothing to get it. The film is kick started with a gripping opening leaving many questions to be answered and enough action to make you want to want more. Through many twists and turns, this film will have you glued to your seat until the credits roll. New faces will be introduced throughout, each with their own narrative significance, meaning you must have your wits about you to keep up with what is going on. Throughout the film the plot gradually thickens, leading up to the epic climatic twist right at the end that will make you think about it for days to come. Things which appeared simple to begin with, become ever more complex. Your perception on what is real and what is not will be tested to the extreme as a new revelations take all that you thought you knew, and turn it on its head. In short - Dead Tone is a unique blend of The Hangover and Unknown - an action-packed thriller that you simply cannot afford to miss!

Verdict:★★★★☆ Excellent!
