manufacturing company that offers a wide range of Paver

Finisher Machines for road construction projects. We have

business legacy since 1973 with roots into dam gate and road

construction machinery manufacturing.

We manufacture paver finisher machines which are best fit for

paving bituminous, wet-mix, GSB, DLC or DBM material. These

machines are suitable for constructing highways, inter-state,

intra-state, town, city and village roads.

Our strength lies into our on-field experience and understanding

the customer's requirement and blend them with our knowledge

for optimal and consistent output.



We manufacture application oriented models to choose from

according to work requirements with options to control slope and

grade electronically or manually.

We have our presence into multiple states of India. Our paver

machines had worked and successfully performed on different

road projects viz. National Highway Projects, State Highway

Projects, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) projects,

Airport Projects, Canal Projects and Defense Road Projects in

Border areas.

Our all paver finisher machines are Tested and Approved by

Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and conform the

norms specified by Central Motor Vehicle Act.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT


Paver machines are designed with decades of experience for easy operation and maintenance.

Worm is of Ni-Hard / Hi Chromium steel material, properly heat treated for greater service life.

Gears and shafts of gear box are made from alloy steel and are hardened and ground for efficient working.

Operating levers including panel switch board are handy and within easy reach.

Gauges like engine temperature, oil pressure, ampere meter are on sliding panel and are easily visible from operator's seat.

Components used are of reputed make.

EASY MAINTENANCE Engine is easily accessible for daily

maintenance like checking engine oil, coolant water level, engine suction filter, oil filter, oil level guage etc.

Engine starter, alternator can be easily removed for maintenance.

Filters are kept on outer side of machine for maintenance.

Shutters are provided on two or three side of machine for easy inspection and maintenance of the machine.

Special care has been taken to keep maintenance parts on left side of machine so that maintenance on road can be safe.


EASY MAINTENANCE


Engine has sufficient space on all sides for air draft and cooling of engine.

All jacks are having same kind of seal kit (Piston seal and rod seal of PU material)

Maximum use of MS pipe is done as MS pipes occupy less space, they can be easily clamped and reduce chances of leakage.
