BMU/Cradle Access RailOperational Cost Operational Cost

High cost of yearly maintenance.High cost of Spare Parts.3rd party inspection required on quarterly basis.

Minimal maintenance required. No spare Parts required.Pull test required once on yearly basis.

ARS vs. BMU

BMU/Cradle Access RailTime Factor /Efficiency Time Factor /Efficiency

Slow process of cleaning/maintenance.

BMU or Cradle can only accommodate 2 technicians at a time with a maximum range of 3 meters in one drop.

Can work with wind speed up to 18km/h

3 technicians required for a single drop.

High risk of mechanical breakdown

Decreases cleaning/maintenance time up to 80% of the BMU time.

The ARS can accommodate as many technicians as required around the structure with no range limit.

Can work with wind speed up to 25km/h

1 technician required for the same drop.

No mechanical breakdown.

Lifting Lifting

Limited to weight and dimensions

Can not reach all areas.

Can be adapted for various weights and sizesCan lift materials up to 750kg/car, This figure can go up depending on number of cars used.

Very flexible and can reach all difficult areas.

ARS vs. BMU

• CE certified and tested under EN795.2012 Type B/D

• EN795:2012 Ensures consistent performance of anchor devices across Europe

• The Access Rail system is Certified by a Notified Body *, and exceeds the requirements of EN795:2012 and CEN/TS 16415

• CEN TS 16415 deals with multi-users anchor devices and stated that Multi-user devices must now be tested to simulate a minimum of 2 users falling simultaneously.

12

Certification

• TERM• 10 years component anti-corrosion warranty• 3 years installation Warranty

• COVERAGE • Manufacture warrants that each ARS product, when properly used and

maintained, will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt
