Handling various documents drawing such as plan drawing, piping and instrumentation drawing, Isometric drawings, electrical drawings, shop drawings, specification procedures, data sheets, test package, calculation sheets test reports of manufactures and vendors, bill of materials, material requisitions and incoming

and outgoing fax and letters etc. Creation of well-organized filing systems for the Project Documents,

Hydro test Packages preparation, daily welding reports, welding status. Register the incoming documents by Received stamp with corresponding date at

the time receipt and register the subject documents in the document control management system.

Updating NCR & SSR log on weekly basis, Follow-up correspondence status. Updating Outgoing Transmittal for Client & Subcontractors. Updating Engineering Drawings which we are distributing to Subcontractor by

Engineering Instruction. Uploading all Incoming & Outgoing Letters in Documentum. Updating all Engineering Drawings & Documents in our Tracking System. Printing & Updating Isometric. (Filing Isometric Hard Copies). All Incoming & Outgoing documents from Client& Subcom upload to POW. Established and maintained the document control system database. Performing the data entry or recording of all engineering drawing and document

packages to be used for construction into the document control system database, updating the document status as per the day-to-day transmittals.

Receiving of incoming drawings and documents, checking its drawing number, revision number, and date stamping.

Notifying the Project Control Manager or immediate superior for all received drawings and circulate the document transmittal to related departments for information, and for requesting of drawing copies.

Organizing and controlling of the document transmittals. Arrange all documents for copying, coordinate and instructing for the production of

copies. Responsible for distribution of all engineering related project documents and

correspondence to internal departments, clients and sub-contractors, including preparation of document transmittal.

Indexing the computer records regularly for easy tracking, tracing or searching of documents.

Generating index reports for drawings, documents and letters on a regular basis for use as needed.
