Problems encounter in the present SCM

How this problems can be solved ?

• For on time delivery buffer time have to be keep before the time of delivery.

• During Part Loading ,proper instruction is given to the 3PL ,to cover the material .

• In cities logistics ,Multiple Sourcing is required.• Company has requested to 3PL for proper

tracking service as the company has to call the driver or 3PL for tracking the material.

How this problems can be solved ? Contd…

• Bar-coding is the best technique to identify the material without opening the cartons .

• This will control wrong material to be dispatched and proper labeling can also be done.

• Use of Silica Gel for moisture locking packaging and Full Covered Vehicle should be used during rainy season.
