Methanol is one of chemical compound can produce from gasification process.

Gasification is one of conversion coal methode from solid to gas, for example H2, CO, CO2, N2, CH4, H2S.

The Methanol can produduce from coal. The coal type for production of

methanol is subbiituminous. Methanol is raw material to produced

hydrocarbon as fuel to increase octan number.

CONCLUSIONMethanol is one of chemical compound can produce from

gasification process. The methanol produces from coal type subbiituminous. The methanol plant contains the following section to the process the raw gas from the coal gasification plant, there are raw gas compression, gas shift compression, acid gas removal, methanol synthesis and purification, sulfur recovery, oxygen production for coal gasification and offsites.
