1-Water Storm System

What is Water storm system? It is advanced mixture of water mist with high expansion foam supporting deoxygenated gas jet stream. That is a

new system is located in standard high-strength container installed on any truck chassis. The main features of the system:1. The size of the system is capable of spraying water mist with LEX, MEX and high expansion foam ,

onto a fire source within 120 meters.2. Long range of sprinkling is possible because of the unique construction of the nozzle that transforms

water into highly dispersed structure . 3. Water drops of 150-300 micron shot by a jet gas generated by an aircraft engine 4. The compact size foam stream and it’s direct trajectory make fire suppression highly effective.

Water Storm :

The system can be consists of the following unconnected modules:

1. Mobile WSP-200 pump station.

2. Mobile WSJ-M pulverizing jet module.

3. Mobile WSF-160 water-foam pulverizing module.

WS is designed for :

1. Precipitation and neutralization of ammonia and other toxic gases from the atmosphere.

2. Fire extinguishing of oil and gas fountains on a land and at sea.

3. Fire extinguishing in tunnels clearing the tunnels from smoke and toxic gases at fires and accidents.

4. Cooling process of structures in large industrial enterprises at fires and accidents.

5. Neutralization of toxic substances on the surface of the earth in case of accidents.

6. Creating protective horizontal shields of water in the atmosphere to precipitate the gas and the vertical shields to protect against fire and thermal emission.

The advantages of WS

WS can use water from any source: such as fire hydrant, a water tower, river, lake , sea and an artificial pool.

All the modules are created in a special configuration and always ready for immediate transportation by road, plane and helicopter.

In case of large fire WS systems can be rapidly delivered and combined into a single system of fire extinguishing and consequences elimination of accidents and disasters.

WS combined system can put out fires or liquidate the effects of disasters on long distance on long distance (more that 10 kilometers) from the nearest water source.

The number of local WS systems. Which can combined into a single system is unlimited.

2- Mobile module ISAS :

The main features of the mobile module ISAS:

1. The mobile ISAS module is stored in a container system once connected to the existing internal extinguishing lines, the module can be immediately started, supplying a water-foam mixture within two seconds.

2. Each oil tank has an external valve for connection with any internal foam extinguishing system.

3. No need of pump stations, outer pipelines, and water tanks. Efficiency of 100% with 100% reliability. Only one module ISAS-7500 is required for extinguish oil fires at a surface area of 1.200 square meters (equivalent an oil tank with capacity for 20 000 tons).

Automatic system UIS-48S is: for instantaneous extinguishing of eventual local ignitions on natural gas compressing

and transportation factories

Automatic system UIS-48S: UIS-48S system consists of:1. a network of highly sensitive infrared sensors, several stationary cassettes “Impulse Storm” and a control

computer.

2. . The infrared sensors permanently transmit information on thermal field in the factory’s territory, the information received is analysed by the computer according to a special algorithm.

3. in case the allowable limits are exceeded in a certain point in the territory, the computer shall immediately determine the exact coordinates of the point where the temperature exceeds.

4. determine the danger level and give corresponding controlling signals to executive cassettes Impulse Storm

5. Depending on the danger level one or several cassettes shall be directed to the center of possible ignition and the necessary number of sprayers shall be launched.

6. The number of sprayers required for extinguishing is also determined by the Computer.

7. The time period from the moment when the high temperature source was revealed till the moment of extinguishing, including the time for calculating the fire coordinates, for cassettes turning and for creating a powder jet does not exceed 15 seconds.

The advantages of UIS-48S

The UIS-48S complex consisting of four Impulse Storm cassettes can secure full protection of the territory full of gas equipment and pipelines covering the area of at least 6,400 sq. meters.

Unique gas generators of the system secure failure-free work of the system during at least 25 years without any need in maintenance works.

The specially developed powder having packed density of 0.2 allows effecting high-speed spraying without causing any damage to technical equipment or people who got into the zone of extinguishing
