12-1/4" TCB + BHA Assembly from 135 M to surface (found

balling on 12-1/4" bit and 6-1/2" DC. RIH back 12-1/4" TCB

+ BHA Assembly from surface to 135 M. Circulated for

cleaning hole (GPM: 390, SPP: 210 psi. POOH 12-1/4" TCB

+ BHA Assembly from 135 M to surface. Prepared for RIH

csg 9-5/8". PJSM prior to run 9-5/8 "csg. RIH 9-5/8" casing

(11 jts # 40 ppf, K-55, BTC-R3) to 132 M (set shoe 9-5/8"

csg). RIH stinger + DP 5" to 132 M for Cementing 9-5/8" csg.

Circulated prior to cementing job. No Cementing engineer

Founded mud loss 12 bbls/mnt @ interval 220 m - 222 m with

lithologi: coal. Circulate while mixing mud in active tank.
