Intensive MixersOur intensive mixer is a synonym for optimum mixing technology. The Intensive Mixer is designed for mixing compounds and specific plastic. The structure of the machine consists of main air cylinder, floating weight, feeding door, mixing chamber, rotors and discharge device.

When performing mixing compound operations, the material and ingredients are fed together into the mixing chamber. The material in the mixing chamber is repeatedly sheared and squeezed by the rotors. This provides a series of chemical rotations between the material and the ingredients, which enables the material pieces to stick together into a paste mass shape. Mixing compound operations are performed according to the set temperature and conditions. The specially designed mixing machine provides efficient mixing and refining for a wide range of raw materials, such as raw rubber, resins, asphalt, cellulose, PVC and EVA…etc.

The intensive mixer is known throughout the world. It replaced the ring trough mixer and the planetary mixer, and over the course of its continuous further development it has become a synonym for optimum mixing technology. The outstanding feature of the intensive mixer is that it separates the transportation of the mix from the actual mixing process.This results in numerous process design advantages which make intensive mixers unique

throughout the world and have led to them being used in over 300 branches of industry.The mixing pan can be arranged either horizontally or at an optimized angle of inclination to suit the particular requirements.

Annular tray mixer is excellently equipped for particularly difficult mixing tasks with two agitators which are mechanically driven by the main drive. The good mixing effect especially results from the action of the two stirrers which rotate contrary to the direction of the agitator (this ensures a homogeneous mixture). A very intensive mixing effect - even in a shorter time - is achieved by the relatively narrow mixing canal. This also offers a great advantage for the mixing of small quantities
