CONTRIBUTOR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Introduction: A solution to problem can be designed by anyone. It is not necessary for a person to be a contributor or a non-contributor. Designing Solutions is an important part of one’s life. A person faces various problems in each and every phase of life. A child faces problems during exam. A working person has problems in job and family. An aged person faces problems with his family members or incompatible body etc. So, designing solution is an art required in every phase of life. Whatever phase or profession you are, this quality is a must and plays a very important role in day to day life. But still, there is a difference between designing solutions by a Contributor and a Non-Contributor

CONTRIBUTOR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Difference b/w ideas of Contributor and Non-ContributorCONTRIBUTOR

‒ always designs solutions beneficial to all.

‒ never expects credits from superiors or team members.

‒ takes advices of whole team before designing a solution.

‒ believes in quality with quantity.

‒ need not necessarily follow a code of procedures to fulfil aim.

‒ Always willing to design solution despite of his high/low post.

NON-CONTRIBUTOR

‒ designs solutions for benefits of himself only.

‒ always wanting to take away all the credits from superiors.

‒ never listens to any of his team mates.

‒ always quantity dependent.

‒ follows a code of strict procedure without caring for the fulfilment of aim.

‒ boasts of his post and tries of to order the teammates without giving a hand.

How one should discover and create possibilities?

‒ Always Start with Yourself…..

you probably have millions of good ideas located right there in your mind. You just have to get hold of them and pull them out.

‒ Learn About Community……

you need to gather enough information to form an overall picture of people's interests, values, struggle, similarities and differences.

How Contributors have found solutions to challenges?

How A Bank Branch Designed A Solution?

‒The rural branch team of a large public sector bank shared its experience…

‒When I joined as a branch manager in Dungripal, I noticed that the largest number of loan defaulters (called NPAs or non-performing assets) were marginal farmers having very small land-holdings.

‒These people were not in a position to repay their crop loans, being at the mercy of the climate. As a bank, we had two options — (1) refuse to give them loans (2) write-off / forget about the loans once given, leading to losses for the bank.

‒But then the team got together and thought — why can’t we do something such that we are able to give them loans AND enable them to repay their loans? Why can’t we find a way to increase their income?

‒The bank gave the farmers “dairy loans” to begin dairy production over and above their regular farming activities. They also enabled them to learn and set up this new line of operation.

‒This opened up an alternative means of income for them that was not weather dependent.

Is It Contributorship or Politics?–The alacrity with which India and China have reacted to the massive earthquake in Nepal again demonstrates how the two Asian giants continue to vie for influence in the tiny, landlocked Himalayan country.

–India lost no time in sending aircraft to Kathmandu carrying disaster response forces, medical teams, food, medicines and rescue equipment. China promptly flew in rescue teams, sniffer dogs, medical equipment, tents, blankets and generators. Leaders of both the countries - Narendra Modi and Xi Jinping - were also quick to convey their condolences. "For many people of our country, Nepali’s are our own people," said Mr. Modi in his monthly radio show on Sunday.

–Similarly China also wasted no time in sending the rescue team in red to help the Nepalis.

–Both giants are looking to expand there territory and gaining control over ASIA. This year CHINA turned out to be the highest foreign investor of Nepal out beating INDIA.

–So, Instead of helping as a contributor a cruel game of politics is being played.
