33. Lighting JCCBI is pleased to draw on its expertise to lead
the project to illuminate the Jacques Cartier Bridge as part of the
festivities marking the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation
and the 375th anniversary of Montreal. The $39.5 million budget
includes concept development, design, execution, as well as
operating and maintenance costs for a 10-year period Engineering
