The ecofriendly process, which is total chlorine free (TCF), also lowers the quantity of water and effluents (from 30% to 90%), and therefore effluent treatment costs. The pin seam is made from warp wires, and avoids any overthickeness and marking. Through its constant efforts to improve customers productivity, RAITILLIÈRES has developped the pin seam for filter belt presses, with "chevron" pattern. The pin seam life span is at least equivalent to the woven seam, and allows a significant time saving for belt changes, avoiding the cantilever filter belt presses step.
