LONG TERM CORROSIVE PROTECTION WITH WHIRL SINTERING is a coating process developed by Gohlfor cooling towers, in which a 0.3 mm thick thermoplastic performance polymer alloy is melted ontoclean, degreased and pre-treated (by sandblasting) galvanized sheet steel in a powder whirl bed.

This unique techniqueguarantees for more than40 years cooling towersespecially resistant anddurable - regardless ofwhere they are in use.
