3.合同生效后供方提供：土建基础图、设备安装图，流程工艺图。Since the contract is valid, the seller should supply basic drawing, installing drawing, and the flowing technical drawing.4.供方派人到客户所在国指导设备安装调试；负责培训现场操作工人；买方负责卖方技术工人的食宿，往返机票，人身安全及在国外每人每天 50美金的工资。The seller should send workers to install and adjust the machines, and our workers are also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers. The buyer should be responsible for each of our technician’s accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security and 50 USD per day abroad.

5.质量承诺：产品质量保修期一年（不含正常易损件）。卖方以优惠价向买方提供易损件.Guarantee terms：All the machines excluding spare parts are guaranteed one year. Spare parts can be replaced on favorably for the buyer.

6.我公司设备已通过 ISO9001国际质量体系认证。All the products have passed the quality system certification of ISO9001.

7.协助办理商检等出口手续。The seller will assist the buyer to do the commodity inspection and other export affairs.This quotation is valid until 25th July., 2013.8.付款方式：T/T，预付 30%定金，余款交货前付清。Payment: T/T, 30% of total amount is earnest money, the rest amount to be paid before goods leave factory.9.交货方式：收到定金后 35天交货。Delivery Terms: 35 days after receipt of earnest money.
