without having previously obtained permission from the Chair or Speaker of the House.

•2 Minutes• May be extended if motioned by a member and seconded by

another

•To Points of Inquiry• The speaker will answer questions from other representatives•To the Chair• Once a speaker has concluded their remarks the Chair will recognize

the next speaker •To Another Representative • The speaker will yield the remainder of their time to another speaker,

whom the chair will recognize. This speaker may only yield their time to the Chair.
