•  There is a shrinking pool of quality labor

•  The number of high school grads is dropping gradually – 6.3%

•  The Greater New England Area has experienced a 14.9% decrease in high school graduation rates

•  High School Graduation rates in the south, however, have risen by 9%

•  The Hispanic population among high school graduates has increased – up 64% compared to other race structures
