Using Comments•The process of working together in teams, sharing comments, and exchanging ideas for a common purpose is called workgroup collaboration.

•Word provides several ways team members can collaborate. – Team members can circulate a

document and add comments or changes to the document.

Using Comments• Insert comments in balloon objects

– Identifies who made comment – Comments from multiple

people appear in different colors for each person

– Can move from one comment to next

• Display on screen– Do not print unless you

change the print options to print

Inserting Comments

• To insert a comment, on the Review tab, in the Comments group, click New Comment

• To delete a comment, click the comment to be deleted & then click delete

• To view the comments, click Previous or Next
