There are two types of distractions - the first one is external and the second one internal. The external distractions can be controlled by choosing the correct location of work and eliminating those objects that distract where as the internal distractions keep one hunting to irreparable damages. Ten points of internal distractions that could be eliminated are : External Distractions External distraction forces can be stopped by choosing appropriate place of practice and keeping away from intruders like guests, friends or relatives, emails and messages, phone calls, TVs, video games, pets, etc You Are On Way To Protect from External Distractions and Prepare for eliminating Internal Distractions. 1. Clarity of thought. Ensure to have a clear thought - by sight, by touch, by feel and by emotions. 2. Knowledge Gather enough knowledge of what you intend to do.
