WHAT IS CORPORATE TRAINING? Corporate training is the level of skills being imparted by an organisation to its own employees and associates for overall improvement of the organisation and upgrading the employee’s skills, attitudes and behaviour for better outcome and output. The range of skills imparted is directly proportional to the domains and the customer requirements of the organisation. An organisation can be engineering based, IT , BFSI, healthcare, medical , BPO, etc and the levels of training differ from industry to industry.
