.Creatine is an amino acid that is naturally produced by the body. Its purpose is to provide energy to the muscles. Taking creatine, either through drink or pill, will give the body, particularly the muscles, extra energy which will allow a person to work out longer without the muscles tiring as quickly.

 . lots of people studied creatine already, they have never found long term side effects. no one has ever gotten side effects from creatine.   some side effects that arent negative are you retain water weight and get stronger faster time.

Like any natural substance creatine can be abused. creatine is know to cause water  loss, putting athletes who use it at risk for dehydration. because creatine is considered a ditary supplement and not a drug, the food and drug administration has never determined its safety. untill a truly safe dose has been determined by carefulscientific studies, athletes should not be able to use creatine.
