VITEEE EXAM PATTERN AND SYLLABUS

ABOUT VITEEE 2017

VITEEE is conducted to provide admissions in B.Tech course.

VITEEE 2017 will commence from April 5, 2017 to April 16, 2017.

VITEEE 2017 will be conducted in Online Mode.

The exam will be conducted against 5000 seats.

VITEEE 2017 EXAM SHIFTS

VITEEE 2017 would be conducted in three sessions per day and the medium of exam is English.

SESSION EXAM TIMINGS

I Session 9.00 am – 11.30 am

II Session 12.30 pm – 3.00 pm

III Session 4.00 pm – 6.30 pm

VITEEE 2017 EXAM PATTERN

Mode Online or Computer Based Test

Duration 2 hours 30 minutes (Slot wise exam)

Sections Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English section

Each section will carry 40 questions, except in English section

English section will have only 5 questions

Types of Questions Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). For each question, there will be four

options, among which candidates has to choose only one correct option.

Marking Scheme For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. There is no negative

marking.

VITEEE 2017 SYLLABUS

Syllabus for VITEEE 2017 is announced by the VIT University.

The question paper will consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English subjects.

Most of the questions asked in the examination will come from State Board of Higher Secondary Education and the CBSE syllabus.
