Deepening partnerships between US and Russian education and youth organizations, addressing the three education-youth priorities that were defined during the Civil Society Partnership Program (CSPP) summit that took place in Moscow in November 2011. Articulate the synergies between education and youth NGOs to create
supportive partnerships and networks Identify appropriate technology tools
