Governance Model and Campuses Created in 1995 fully online. Asynchronous.

Public institution (foundation) privately managed. Receives public funding from the Government of Catalonia (below 30% of the budget). Faculty works under contract: they are not civil servants like in the rest of public universities.

3 Virtual campuses (linguistic not territorial): Catalan, Spanish and English with 3.385 virtual classrooms.
