Funding: How it works
United Friends of the Children – College Sponsorship Program (CSP)

Disbursement requests must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesdays. Checks will be mailed or ready for pick up the following
Friday (10 days later) after 3pm. Note: You may access UFC funds for a given school year between July 1st and June 15th.
NOTE: UFC Sponsorship funding policy requires completion of full-time units each term. (Full-time = 12 units per semester
or 9 units per quarter.) Funding may be reduced/stopped until the stated requirements are met. If your academic status
has changed, you may be required to submit further documentation prior to accessing funds. Call your CSP Counselor
with any questions.

Requests must be made by Tuesday at 5pm in order for the check to be available by the Friday of the following week (10 days later).
