Education

„Initial vocational education covers the transmission of (job-specific) skills,expertise and knowledge to an apprentice or student at a training facility.“

Training

„Advanced vocational training is any form of training that expands anddeepens previous vocational training that has been received. It is precededby earlier training stages and job experience.If further training is provided by a company, it is called in-house oron-the-job training.“
