STAGE 1:BUILDING PARTNERSHIP AND GET STARTED

Formulate broad based community goals

STAGE 3:ANALYZING ISSUES

Population, Economic condition, Environment,

Transportation, Politics etc.

STAGE 4:START PLANNING-Positions of each buildings and purposes.

-Streets and pathways, numbering of buildings.

-How the area is planned

-Come out with layout plans, master plans

STAGE 5:PLAN PROPOSAL

-Propose plans to partners, stake holders etc.

-Includes the plan map with its specifications

-Come out with a plan report

STAGE 6:APPROVAL OF THE PLAN

The city planning board approves town plans.

STAGE 7:ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE PLAN.

-After approval, the plan becomes effective

-Announced in the newspapers

-Move on if no appeals made

STAGE 8:CONSTRUCTION STARTS

Monitoring and review:

*If there are sudden changes, additions or adjustments

to the plan.
