How to calibrate

STEP1. Deactivate the Protection

1 Connect the plate to the controller and turn the power on. Set SV to 37.0.

2 Wait until the indicated temperature on the indication of Standard Thermometer stabilizes. (Approx. 30 minutes)

3 Confirm PV is indicating 37.0±0.1.

Press these area for more than 5 seconds at the same time.

Press these area for more than 3 seconds at the same time.

Back to the initial indication.

STEP2. Shift Adjustment

1 Check the difference between the indicated Process Value(PV) on the thermo controller and the Real Value (RV) on the Standard Thermometer.

2 If the figures in the indications do not match, proceed to #3.

Adjust CV by using UP and DOWN keys until the indication of RV (the value shown in the Standard Thermometer) reaches and stabilizes at 37.0. To match RV and PV, add “X” to the current CV. X = RV – 37.0(Set Value) RV: Real value, the figure shown in the Standard Thermometer CV: Calibration Value, the figure indicated in SV box in this process

Press here for less than a second.

Back to initial indication.

7 Let the device operate for a while (aporx.10 minutes) until the Real Value (RV) becomes

stable

8 If still the Real Value (RV) does not match to the Process Value (PV) shown in the

Standard Thermometer, repeat the process #3 to #7 until they are matched.

9 If the indication RV in the Standard Thermometer fluctuate more than 0.5 degrees, return

to STEP 2.

STEP3. Confirm the Proper Calibration

1 When the RV(the figure shown on the Standard Thermometer) had matched to

PV on the controller display, the calibration process is completed. Turn the power off.

2 Cool the heating plate.

3 Once again, turn on the power switch and leave it for 10 minutes.

4 Confirm RV indicated on the Standard Thermometer is in the range of 36.5 to

37.0.

5 If RV is not in 36.5 – 37.0 range, go back to STEP 2.

STEP4. Activate the Protection
