F. X. Šalda Theatre

The F. X. Šalda Theatre in Liberec belongs to the oldest theatres in our republic.

Its history dates back to 1883. The auditorium is annually visited by viewers not only from Liberec, but from the whole Liberec region.

Artists perform on the stage of Šalda theatre and a smaller stage of the Small Theatre.

At present Liberec theatre has 3 professional ensembles - drama, opera and ballet.

Theatre activity contributes to the development of the intellectual, aesthetic and moral level not only of citizens of the town Liberec, but the entire region.
