Improving inter center collaboration through:

Improving the use of ICT among SEAMEO Centers through thematic workshops about actual issues such as PBL, online project in accordance with their respective programs. SEAMOLEC and SEAMEO are as facilitators of IT infrastructure and scheduling.

Improving inter center collaboration through:

Increasing the mobility of lecture, researcher, teacher, student through joint program/joint degree/joint research/joint cooperation with Industry/University/College.

Improving inter center collaboration through:

Increasing public and private partnership program among the centers in the settlement of issues related to education, economy, and health information dissemination. SEAMEO Secretariat and other centers as the leading sector/leader/initiator.

Improving inter center collaboration through:

Together with VOCTECH, other SEAMEO centers and industry forming a Southeast Asian consortium of vocational education to areas that improve the quality of education and is relevant to the industry in Southeast Asia.

The consortiums are designed to relate to the competence of high quality and high salaries by leveraging IT to work together.

Improving the Southeast Asian languages acquisition through RELC and QITEP Language publicly on the education system by utilizing ICT.

The activation of SEAMEO Associate member countries in supporting educational activities in Southeast Asia through the synergy of programs relevant to the needs of Southeast Asia.

It could be conducted either through the department of education or government agencies of the Associate member countries.

Proposing a program to alleviate the poverty through Southeast Asia entrepreneurship program from High school level until the Polytechnic / University level.

The students are introduced and supported on how to become entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia countries.

Increasing the impacts of all SEAMEO centers in Southeast Asia with joint programs and alliances with

relevant institutions by enhancing the trainees through the use of IT and empowering SEAMEO Ambassador.
